Sunday School
Christian Education in the TSCAC English congregation exists to help people grow in their knowledge of God, deepen their understanding of His Word, and mature in their walk with Christ. It is an intentional ministry of teaching and formation that supports the spiritual growth of all within the congregation.
We believe that learning God’s Word is essential for discipleship. Through faithful teaching and shared learning, Christian Education equips believers to know the truth, live out the gospel, and be grounded in their faith amidst the challenges of everyday life. It also provides a space for questions, discussion, and encouragement within the church community.
Currently, our Christian Education ministry in the English Ministry includes Youth Sunday School classes and Adult classes, held on Sundays from 11:30am to 12:30pm. These gatherings provide age-appropriate biblical teaching and opportunities for discussion, helping participants grow together in understanding and applying God’s Word.
Youth Sunday School - 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Our Youth Sunday School is designed to help students in Grades 7–12 grow in their knowledge of God, His Word, and what it means to follow Christ in everyday life. Through engaging lessons, discussions, and Bible study, we seek to build a strong foundation of biblical truth while encouraging students to develop a personal and lasting faith.
Students are divided into two classes: Junior (Grades 7–8) and Senior (Grades 9–12). Both classes use Lifeway Christian Resources' Characters Series, which explores the lives of key biblical figures throughout Scripture. Through the examples of men and women whom God used throughout the biblical history, students learn important truths about God's character, His plan of redemption, and faithful Christian living.
Our desire is to equip young people with a solid understanding of God's Word, encourage spiritual growth, and help them develop a Christ-centered worldview as they mature in their faith and become active members of the church community.
Adult Sunday School - 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
For the Adult Sunday School class this summer (June–August), we will be diving deeper into the sermon messages through group discussions. Our goal is not only to deepen our understanding of the biblical text, but also to explore how we can faithfully apply its truths in our daily lives.
